What voids a bonus before you've cleared it

Low-risk wagering doesn't count toward clearing a bonus. Covering red and black in equal amounts on roulette, or any similar hedge, is treated as invalid play. The requirement stays where it was.

The fine print that quietly limits what you keep
If you've made a real money deposit, the maximum you can win from Restricted Funds is capped at £500. Win £1,200 while clearing a bonus, and £500 moves to your Available Funds when the wagering is met. The rest is removed.
Free spins and FreePlay expire 14 days after they're granted. Winnings from them are added to your balance only after you've finished playing all the spins or FreePlay rounds—not as you go.
Wagers placed with Restricted Funds do not accumulate Comp Points. You're working through the wagering requirement, but the loyalty programme sees none of it.
We reserve the right to enforce a wagering amount on deposited cash—for example, one times the deposit—before allowing a withdrawal, specifically in cases where an account appears to be depositing without playing.

Comp Points and their limits
You can accumulate a maximum of 5,000,000 Comp Points per calendar month. Any points earned beyond that ceiling are forfeited. Points are also forfeited if you do not log into your account for a consecutive period of 90 days.
How the 30x wagering requirement actually works
A £100 bonus at 30x wagering means you must place £3,000 in bets using Restricted Funds before the bonus and its winnings convert to withdrawable cash. Not every game contributes equally to that total.

A £10 bet on a slot counts as £10 toward the requirement. The same £10 on blackjack counts as £1. If you're clearing a bonus primarily on roulette or live dealer games, the effective wagering multiple is 300x, not 30x.
Fund order and what it means for clearing
Your account is split into Available Funds (cash balance) and Restricted Funds (bonus balance, free spins, jackpot vouchers, tournament tickets). Wagers always use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds are only touched once your Available Funds balance reaches zero.
If you deposit £50 and receive a £50 bonus, your first £50 in wagers comes from your deposit. Only after that £50 is gone do your bets start counting toward the wagering requirement.
When declining the bonus is the better call
If you're depositing £200 and planning to play blackjack, the 100% bonus doubles your starting balance but ties £200 to a 30x requirement at 10% contribution. You would need to wager £60,000 on blackjack to clear it, and your maximum win from that bonus is capped at £500 regardless of how much you actually win.
Playing without the bonus means your £200 stays in Available Funds. You can withdraw at any point, there's no cap on winnings, and every pound you win is yours to keep.
The bonus makes sense if you're playing slots at full contribution and you're comfortable with the £500 ceiling. It makes less sense—or none at all—if your game of choice contributes at 10% or 5%, or if you're depositing an amount where the cap bites hard relative to what you're staking.
Non-depositors and the tighter ceiling
If you have not made a real money deposit, the maximum win from Restricted Funds is capped at £100. A no-deposit free spins offer might print £400 in winnings, but only £100 transfers to Available Funds when the wagering is met.
The maximum transfer to Available Funds for non-depositors is also £100, which means a second offer does not raise that ceiling—it resets it.
